Chef Kunwar Singh (professionally known as Kamal) brings over 40 years of experience in Indian cuisine, specializing in traditional North Indian cooking techniques, spice balancing, and made-from-scratch gravies. Despite personal health challenges, he continues to work daily in the kitchen, driven by his passion for food and community.
